PREPARACIÓN
Chocolate lovers, this is for you, so delicious, creamy and healthy at the same time. I am going to make these popsicles all summer long. My whole family loves them.
Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes until they get soft. Discard the water.
Mix all the ingredients well in a high speed blender and pour it into a popsicle mold. Let it freeze for a couple of hours.
When ready, grab one popsicle and dip it into melted chocolate. Place it on a plate with parchment paper. Sprinkle with pistachio crumbs and repeat with all the popsicles. Put them back in the freezer for 20 minutes and enjoy!

1 lata de crema de coco
1 plátano o banana
3 dátiles
⅓ taza de cocoa
⅓ taza de almendras/maní o mantequilla de girasol
Chocolate negro derretido sin azúcar
Trocitos de pistache o tu nuez favorita (opcional)
